Hello, everyone! I'm just wondering about the ongoing discussion - "is SARC-CoV-2 artificial virus or natural?" Does anybody track last publications about the topic? Where to start? I mean it will be great to have some literature review, where I can go step-by-step and reveal the whole picture for myself...Any ideas?

I watch Alexander Panchin's channel, where he deals with various popular science topics, including about Covid
It seems to me that now it is very difficult to find objective and impartial statements on this topic
@morphism It seems to me that now attempts to establish the origin of the coronavirus may be perceived as politically motivated. Roughly speaking, if someone as a result claims that covid is an artificial virus, it will be perceived as accusations against any state or organization; and if they say that the virus is of natural origin, then not everyone will believe it, because there are already a sufficient number of conspiracy theories that are successfully spreading thanks to the Internet. This is my very subjective opinion
In general, all these anti-epidemic measures were also strongly politicized ...
@argentum unfortunately.. It's hard to imagine today's world without politics.
@morphism It is difficult at this stage, but I hope in the future its role will decrease.
@argentum yes, I also hope that sooner or later science and common sense will prevail
We're very optimistic people as I can see 🤣
